It’s been a colourful week!
Over the years we have been asked to print our invitations in some weird and wonderful colours and combinations! Our new 2011/2012 collections (our best yet!) have been designed with the softer vintage shades in mind and our customers’ colour choices have reflected this.
The pretty Vintage Rose collection really suits muted pinks and plums and also as this week’s orders and mock-ups show, gorgeous greens, lovely lilacs and cute caramels…
The new Sophia design has the addition of a pocket style invitation. Available using any of our gorgeous satin ribbons, I think it looks stunning! Sophisticated Sophia.

With pocketfolds being so in demand these days I thought I should showcase our exclusive alternative!
Our gorgeous Chic range was the first design to feature our clever pocket. From the front the invitations look clean and simple, then turn them over to find a clever pocket housing the RSVP card and/or a guest information card. They are neater than the traditional pocketfolds and (we feel) suit the with love… customer!
We had three pockets in our collection, Chic, Simply Chic and Eleanor but now we have added Bella, Vintage Rose and Song Bird to the list. As a ’tailor made’ option, it soon will be possible to take every design and add a pocket! xx
Wow what a weekend!
On the Monday the studio was piled high with the new samples, it was so exciting! The Wednesday saw them packed up ready to be unveiled to the Wedding world! Thursday came with the usual pre-show stresses, then Friday arrived and it was SHOW TIME!
Having been away for two seasons it was so good to be back. There is nothing like actually meeting your customers and seeing the reactions to your labour of love! The stand was admired and the invites swooned over. It was lovely.
This collection is our best yet. The quality of print is amazing and our new Italian card stocks are to die for (if you are into that kind of thing!). The VINTAGE ROSE and PARIS designs were very popular and the new 1920′s inspired FLORA ‘mix and match’ range caused a bit of a stir!
I do love the wedding show with it’s buzz and bustle! I also love my wonderful stand ‘sales’ (!) team Sean, Carole and Lainey for their support and helping me smile through the pain of bad shoes!
We will be back in October next year, ready for 2013 , it will be here sooner than you think!

Inspired by the Style me prettys and love my dresses of the world I have started this little blog!
For me, it’s a chance to show my love of all things paper and all things wedding. I have a feeling a few other pretty things will sneak in here and there and I might share a few ideas and thoughts along the way.
